Pune has excellent facilities for learning and playing the game. There are three major golf courses in Pune that are open to the public. Of these two are 18-hole championship courses and have excellent practice facilities and professional coaches.

Absolutely. We have programs that address the needs of all levels of golfers. In fact the beginner programs are among the most popular programs we run. A one or two week golf clinic teaches you all basic shots, and a facilitated 9-hole golf round.

Our golf clinics are designed to help you learn the game without making large investments. We provide rental equipment for the duration of the clinic and beyond. You can be part of the clinic without taking club memberships. Once you are comfortable with the game, and have plans to play regularly, our professionals can guide you on choice of equipment and club memberships.

How much you can learn depends upon how much time you are able to spend on learning, practicing and playing. In six months, with a commitment of playing or practicing twice a week, an average person can start playing to a handicap of about 24-30. They can also get a good sense of the future roadmap for their game. Most of all, six months is enough for you to understand what an incredibly enjoyable and challenging sport golf is!

We would be glad to accommodate you as a group, because learning as a group is fun and helpful. However there might be some constraints at some venues. The best thing to do is to call our helpline and tell us our requirement. We will do the best we can to accommodate your needs.

If you really want to learn, and have not played before, we strongly recommend a 12 hour clinic package. This creates the necessary commitment to go through all the basics. However if you still feel that you'd like one or two individual lessons before making the commitment, we can definitely arrange that for you.

The idea behind the group clinics is that you commit the necessary time over a one or two week period so that you are free to pursue the sport at your convenience after that. We typically do not have makeup sessions for group clinics, unless there are other constraints like bad weather. If you are very likely to miss one or two sessions during the clinic, we recommend that you take individual lessons with a coach.

Yes, memberships at Poona Club Golf Course and at Oxford Golf and Country Club are open to the public. Both clubs have annual memberships. Oxford also has longer term memberships available.

A 12 hour group clinic package will cost you about Rs. 8,000. This may be run over a one or two week period. The package includes coaching, venue charges, rental clubs, balls, and caddies. At the end of the clinic, you will be given a certificate of completion and recommendations on what you should do next to improve your game.

We do this regularly through our individual coaching sessions. We recommend an initial discussion with our coach to assess your goals and the current state of your game. The coach will then recommend a program that will include coaching, practice and play to help you meet your goals.

We have had children as young as 4 years old start the game. We do children's clinics from time to time. However if you'd like your child to learn with you, we can set up a program for both of you to learn and enjoy the game together!

A round of golf in Pune can be organized in as little as 3-3.5 hours of time. An early morning or late afternoon start can be arranged to ensure minimal impact on the work day. Absolutely. We can arrange for playing partners for your guests, including touring professionals! We will need some information about their playing ability in advance to make sure that appropriate playing partners are made available.

Golfers love to talk about their round and game almost as much as they love to play! You can and should spend time with them over a snack, meal or drink after their golf round even if you do not accompany them for the round. If you have the time, you can walk with them during their round as well. If you are new to golf, we can get you up to speed with our Golf-101 and Corporate-Clinic packages so that you can talk with them about their experiences and start playing with them as well.

Sure, they can still play. We have a range of rental golf sets available. We also have a pro-shop where we stock all golf accessories including gloves, balls, shoes, tees, T-shirts, and caps. We can provide your guest with whatever they need for a good round of golf. All they need to do is show up!

Transport to and from the golf course is not part of our normal golf packages, since most companies and hotels already have bulk arrangements with private cab companies. However if you would like us to arrange transport, we will gladly do that for an additional charge.

Of course we can help. We frequently get such requests. In such cases, the guest will need a lesson from a Pro before playing a round. The guest will also need to be accompanied by a playing Pro as per guidelines in most golf clubs. We recommend that you utilize this package on a week day or at a off-peak time over a weekend. For a beginner, a crowded golf course can be somewhat intimidating and frustrating.

Sure we can. The Aamby Valley day-return package includes a breakfast and lunch. For other golf course, there can be a lot of variation in meal packages, so we will need to give you pricing on a case-by-case basis. Please inform our associate about your specific need at the time of booking and we will take care of it.

For Pune and Aamby Valley (day-return) packages, a notice of 4-5 days is enough. However if you have a sudden need at short notice, please call us, and we will try to work something out.

For Aamby Valley overnight packages, it is best to give us as much advance notice as possible because accommodation at Aamby Valley is often sold out.

We sure can. There are several things we can do to wow your really important guests. First we can have a touring Pro play with him. Playing with a person like that is an amazing experience. We can also videotape his/her swing and provide complete diagnostics and path forward. These type of services are not easily available abroad, and are prohibitively expensive where available.
